Jessica’s journey began with an unwavering determination to challenge stereotypes. She earned her journeyman’s card through a grueling five-and-a-half-year apprenticeship in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) in New York. This apprenticeship laid the foundation for a career marked by excellence and innovation.

Over the years, Jessica has immersed herself in a myriad of electrical projects, demonstrating her expertise in new construction, residential and commercial space remodels, renovations, and buildouts. Her portfolio of work includes iconic landmarks like the Twin Towers, Radio City Music Hall, and The Rainbow Room, each a testament to her dedication and craftsmanship.

Recently, Jessica discovered the multifamily space business model and has fully immersed herself in this exciting venture. She actively participates in mastermind groups, where she is learning how to leverage her over 40 years of construction experience to be a valuable asset to her Legends Equity team. This new endeavor represents her commitment to continuous growth and innovation.

Beyond her electrical prowess and new venture, Jessica’s passion extends to creating a Gratitude Community Training and Wellness Center. Her goal is to inspire and uplift humanity through gratitude and community service. She is dedicated to sharing her experiences to motivate young women to explore trades as a path to a fulfilling life.
